Stator composite molds are generally suitable for small stators ranging from 71 to 180, making it easier to choose a punching machine. The concentricity of the stator composite mold is better controlled than that of the stator flower mold, and the smoothness and neatness of the stator composite mold are better compared to the flower mold. However, if the mold is broken, it is generally easier for the punching workshop master to repair it than to disassemble it. It is recommended to use composite molds for small models, which are more suitable. When punching the convex position, the mold needs to be closed down, and a limit can be set between the upper clamping plate planning insert or my pad and the outer detachment plate. The internal and external unloading forces should be greater, and the external unloading plate should be higher than the convex template for material pressing. Cutting edge punching, large convex hull punching needs to be fixed on the clamp plate, and the punching punch near the convex hull should be planned shorter to ensure that the material is pulled and extended before completing the punching action.
