The HY-TWPBS double-layer copper mesh shielding room is mainly used for high-frequency thermal therapy machines, EEG therapy devices and other experimental electronic equipment to prevent electromagnetic interference and other high-frequency and metrological testing places.
Its main features are simple structure, easy disassembly and assembly, strong ventilation, good lighting, and low cost.

3、 Structural composition:
1. The four walls and top are equipped with double-layer copper mesh as the shielding layer, and the ground shielding layer is made of 0.5mm galvanized steel plate (or purple copper plate);
2. The shielding layer is made into unit modules, and each unit is supported by high-quality wood (or galvanized metal profiles) as the frame;Assembly adoptsAssembled with M8 galvanized bolts, nuts, and washers;
3. The contact gap between the shielding door core and the shielding door frame is made using beryllium bronze spring electromagnetic sealing method;
4. The power supply for working and lighting in the shielded room must be connected through a dedicated filter in the shielded room;
5. Install anti-static or wooden flooring on the floor of the shielded room, and install skirting boards around the walls to ensure cleanliness and elegance.
