This series of CNC double head lathes is an efficient and high-precision new type of machining equipment, mainly used for mass production and processing of shaft and pipe parts. The workpiece can be machined at both ends simultaneously with one clamping. Compared with the traditional process of multi sequence and multiple clamping of workpieces, it has the advantages of high production efficiency and high coaxiality of parts.

1. High quality resin sand casting, box structure, strong seismic resistance, secondary aging treatment, removal of internal stress, and reduction of deformation.
2. Adopting advanced 3D finite element sharing processing to ensure the stability and reliability of the body.
3. The machine tool adopts an integral inclined bed structure, fully enclosed protection, smoother chip removal, and integrated mechanical arm, saving land and reducing costs.
4. The feed transmission adopts Taiwan's precision linear roller guide and ball screw pair, as well as German FAG or Japanese NSK screw special bearings. The ball screw installation is a pre tensioned structure, which improves rigidity while reducing the impact of machine tool cooling and heating on workpiece machining accuracy.
5. Adopting a 70kg high-pressure chip breaking cooling system, the tool holder is strongly sprayed with water to solve the problem of machining parts that are prone to chip entanglement.
6. The two spindle channels of the machine tool work simultaneously, whether using mechanical arms for loading and unloading or manual loading and unloading, it can be loaded and unloaded without stopping or waiting. One machine is equivalent to the efficiency of two machines, reducing personnel and lowering costs.
