The Hengxin high-end purified water equipment system adopts a double-sided welding forming process, with different water quality grades, including manual welding and automatic welding processes. Automatic welding is used when in contact with purified water, and passivation treatment is carried out after welding. Endoscopic photos are provided with inspection reports.
The Hengxin high-end purified water system meets the GMP3D requirements for the purified water and the pipelines in contact with it. The rubber gasket is made of PTPE, and the diaphragm valve is installed horizontally at a 45 degree angle. The installation of the circulation pipeline is set at a slope of 0.5, and the low point is set as the discharge point.
The section pipelines of Hengxin's high-end purified water equipment are automatically welded using German welding machines.
The Hengxin high-end purified water equipment system fully considers the control of microorganisms, such as pretreatment, reverse osmosis membrane, and EDI membrane block, all of which use the pasteurization method.
▼ Functional Description of Control for Hengxin High end Purified Water Equipment
1. Adopting the Japanese Mitsubishi PLC+touch screen fully automatic control method, the control circuit is all 24V voltage.
2. The touch screen has a process flow screen, and dynamic monitoring screens for each water pump, switch, and liquid level.
3. It has an alarm recording function, and if there is an abnormality, it will sound and light an alarm.
4. The automatic mode is a one click start, which is easy and convenient to operate.
5. In manual mode, there are two levels of management permissions: engineer and operator.
6. Each level of water quality section shall have the function of discharging qualified water and unqualified water to the previous section to ensure stable water quality.
7. In order to achieve no stagnant water in each section of the purified water equipment, if the secondary reverse osmosis and purified water tank are full, and there is no water in the terminal within two hours and the liquid level in the terminal water tank remains unchanged, it will automatically circulate to the incoming water tank, triggering the entire purified water equipment system to regenerate water and prevent bacteria from breeding in the pipeline due to prolonged non flow.
8. All signal points of the water tank level switch system are connected to the touch screen and converted into a liquid level column mode, which is visually intuitive and easy to check.
9. The touch screen is equipped with a dedicated page that provides the maintenance cycle of the device and automatically pops up a reminder when it expires.
