The 180 degree flat flipping machine is a new type of mold flipping equipment that we have improved on the traditional flipping machine design concept by using hydraulic driven cam motion to achieve flipping action. It has the characteristic of small footprint. This machine uses hydraulic propulsion cylinders to achieve the purpose of flipping two templates. When designing this machine, all accessories are compressed in a very small area to make the flipping machine occupy space.

　　2. Compared with traditional mechanical flipping machines, the characteristic of this machine is that the two templates are not fixed 90 degree structures, but are independent of each other. When flipping the mold, the two templates are at a 90 degree angle. When the machine does not require mold flipping operations, both templates can be stopped on a horizontal plane. With a well prepared foundation, it can be level with the workshop floor, so that this floor can be used for other purposes without the need for mold flipping operations.
