Principle and process flow of zeolite rotary adsorption+RTO catalytic combustion equipment
RCO catalytic combustion equipment+zeolite rotary adsorption concentration device is an organic waste gas treatment equipment produced by Shiheng Environmental Protection Factory, which uses three continuous processes of adsorption desorption concentration incineration to purify organic waste gas. This device is very suitable for high air volume and low concentration organic waste gas treatment. The exhaust gas treatment of Shandong Qingdao Automobile Repair Factory adopts the zeolite concentration wheel+RTO catalytic combustion equipment system produced by our company. This catalytic combustion system is suitable for treating high air volume and low concentration volatile organic waste gas devices.
Structure and principle of zeolite rotary adsorption+RTO catalytic combustion equipment:
The design structure of the catalytic combustion system mainly consists of a pretreatment device, a zeolite concentration wheel device, a combustion device, a fan, a chimney, etc.Zeolite rotary adsorption+RTO catalytic combustion equipmentSystem principle: The porous adsorption of organic waste gas by zeolite molecular sieves can be utilized, and then the C and H compounds in organic components can be oxidized into harmless CO2, H2O, etc. through catalytic combustion and direct combustion.
Zeolite wheel adsorption+RTO catalytic combustion process flow
1. The volatile organic compounds (VOCs) with high air volume and low concentration are filtered by an efficient filter under the action of an induced draft fan, and then enter a zeolite impeller for adsorption and concentration. The purified clean air is discharged into the atmosphere through a chimney.
2. As time goes on, the adsorption capacity of the zeolite wheel approaches saturation. The electronic control system controls the catalytic oxidation furnace to start heating, while preheating the precious metal catalyst. The heated high-temperature gas is cooled by a heat exchanger and then adjusted to 100-200 ℃ by mixed air to heat and desorb the adsorption saturated zeolite wheel. The high concentration organic waste gas after desorption is preheated by the heat exchanger and enters the catalytic oxidation furnace for decomposition.
3. The organic waste gas heated to 250-300 ℃ in the catalytic combustion catalytic oxidation furnace undergoes flameless combustion under the action of precious metal catalysts, and the organic waste gas is oxidized and decomposed into CO2 and H2O, thereby achieving the purpose of waste gas purification. The purified air will be discharged at high altitude through chimneys. For more information, please follow our company website http://www.btshhb.com
