1. Before starting each shift, press the manual oil pump several times to inject oil into the transmission parts.2. After connecting the power supply, start the main motor first and check whether the rotation direction of the rubber conveyor screw is consistent with the direction indicated by the arrow. If it is not consistent, the power phase line should be replaced. Please note that this check must be performed every time the power is reconnected.3. Connect the conveying hose and nozzle. Add 5 liters of clean water to the hopper, start the motor to pump out the clean water to wet the hopper, pump body, and conveying hose. After pumping out most of the clean water, the machine can be stopped.4. Add proportionally mixed mortar (or coating) into the hopper, start the air compressor and air valve, and then start spraying.5. After the work is completed, the remaining material in the hopper should be immediately drained, and enough clean water should be injected into the hopper to thoroughly clean it. Then, the water pump should be turned on to clean the hose and nozzle until all the water pumped out is clean. Only then will the cleaning be considered complete. To prevent residual materials from condensing in the hopper, hose, and nozzle, blocking the hose and nozzle, and affecting the service life of the equipment.

1. It is strictly prohibited to start the machine and run it idle in a state where there is no water or material in the hopper. 2. When the shutdown time is too long, the equipment should be wiped clean, the booster screw should be removed, oiled and stored properly for reinstallation when used again. 3. If the mortar is too thick or the resistance is too high when the machine is running without air, it is easy to cause an increase in motor load, abnormal noise, and pipe blockage. At this time, it is necessary to immediately stop the machine for inspection and adjust the mortar thickness in the hopper. 4. After working for a long time, if mortar overflows from the transmission part or abnormal noise is found, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection, the mechanical seal should be replaced, and maintenance and repair should be carried out to avoid causing greater equipment damage. 5. When the pump output pressure is insufficient during work, the booster stator bolts can be adjusted, or the booster rubber sleeve and booster screw can be replaced. 6. Before spraying, the sprayed wall surface should be soaked thoroughly with clean water to avoid affecting the bonding degree with the mortar. When spraying, the nozzle should be as perpendicular as possible to the sprayed surface, and the spraying distance can be adjusted according to the spraying effect; It should be sprayed evenly in layers and coordinated with the leveling process. When the wall is too dry or sprayed for too long, it will seriously affect the leveling effect, and the operating procedures and processes should be changed at any time. 7. When loading materials into the hopper, they must be evenly distributed and not interrupted. When the conveying screw rotates, it is strictly prohibited to use sticks to stir in the hopper to prevent injury and accidents. 8. Once the mortar conveying pipe is blocked, the switch can be switched to the manual position, only the air compressor is turned on, the joint in front of the pump head is removed, and then the spray is blocked downwards to generate reverse pressure from the air pressure, thereby blowing out the remaining slurry in the conveying pipe. After installing the connector, it can start working normally. 9. The booster hose and booster screw are vulnerable parts. To extend the service life, the bolts of the booster stator should be in a loose state during initial use; When the pressure decreases and the flow rate significantly decreases, adjust the clamping bolts to ensure they are in normal working condition. 10. During sandblasting operations, staff should wear safety helmets, protective goggles, work clothes, and other labor protection equipment.
