At this time, the peanut shells and kernels are subjected to the blowing force of the rotating fan, and the lightweight peanut shells are blown out of the machine. The peanut kernels are screened through a vibrating sieve to achieve the purpose of cleaning.

Working principle: Peanut fruits are manually fed and first fall into the coarse grid. Due to the rotation of the grid plate and the rubbing force between the fixed grid bar and the concave plate, the peanut shells are peeled off and separated, and the peanut kernels and shells are simultaneously dropped through the grid. Then, most of the peanut shells are blown out of the machine by wind through the air duct, while the peanut kernels and some of the peanut small fruits that have not been peeled off fall into the specific gravity sorting screen together. After re screening, the peanut kernels go up from the separation screen surface and flow into the burlap bag through the material port. The peanuts (small fruits) that have not been peeled off go down from the screen surface, enter the elevator through the discharge port, and are sent to the fine grain grid for secondary peeling by the elevator. After passing through the specific gravity branch screening and sorting, they can reach the desired level. Completely peel off.
