Description of road coring machine
Concrete coring machine is an ideal and efficient electric tool for coring and drilling reinforced concrete in construction quality inspection. Due to its compact structure, simple operation, easy portability, AC 220V power drive, accurate coring and drilling, smooth surface, no accidental damage to buildings, and high efficiency, drilling rigs are widely used in concrete drilling work for air, air conditioning, heating, electrical and plumbing installation and construction. In the construction quality supervision and testing work, this machine is also an ideal electric tool for on-site sampling and coring. This machine is not only capable of core drilling for concrete materials, but also capable of core drilling for other hard and brittle materials such as bricks, marble, hard stone materials, wave materials, ceramics, resin materials, etc.
Customized road coring machine
(1) Install a hollow drill bit with a suitable diameter. (2) Move the drill hole to the desired working location, fix the drill hole with expansion screws, adjust the foot screws to stabilize the drill. Or fix the drilling and coring machine with a sufficiently heavy bottom plate to prevent the machine from moving during drilling and coring. (3) Connect to the water source and check if there is any water flowing out. (4) Start the generator and turn on the circuit switch. (5) Rotate the handle to gently contact the drill bit with the cut area. When the drill bit cuts about 10mm, apply pressure through the handle to accelerate the rotation speed. (6) After the cutting is completed, the drill bit can be kept rotating and lifted. When it is about 5mm away from the surface of the specimen, the power can be turned off, the drill bit can leave the surface of the specimen, and the water source can be turned off. (7) Remove the fixing bolts, drag away the coring machine, and use pliers to take out the sample. (8) When using, the drill bit should be prevented from hitting hard objects to avoid damaging the drill bit.
