1、 Prepare 1. Check if all components are complete and in good condition. 2. Check if safety devices, lighting, and signals are intact. 3. Check if the oil injection amount is sufficient, add an appropriate amount of oil, keep the oil quality clean, and maintain good lubrication. 4. Check for foreign objects inside the roller crusher. 5. Check whether the buffer device is flexible and reliable, whether the load pin is intact, and whether the dust-proof and spray devices work. 2、 Operation 1. The crusher must be started with no load. 2. After receiving the start signal, start the material receiving equipment first, and then start the crusher. After the current drops to the normal value, put it into formal operation, and at the same time, spray dust prevention. Regularly check whether the temperature of the motor and bearings is normal, whether the current indication is within the required range, and whether there is any abnormal sound during the operation of the toothed roller crusher. If accidents or hidden dangers are found, immediately stop the machine and send an emergency stop signal to the dispatch control room and relevant positions. 3. Check whether the particle size meets the requirements, and promptly report and handle any serious oversized phenomena.

2. Adjustment of discharge particle size: A wedge-shaped or shim adjustment device is installed between the two rollers, and the top of the wedge-shaped device is equipped with an adjustment bolt. When the adjustment bolt pulls up the wedge block, the wedge block pushes the movable roller wheel away from the fixed wheel, that is, the gap between the two rollers increases, and the discharge particle size increases. When the wedge block is lowered, the gap between the two rollers of the movable roller wheel decreases under the action of the compression spring, and the discharge particle size decreases. The gasket device adjusts the particle size of the discharge by increasing or decreasing the number or thickness of gaskets. When adding gaskets, the gap between the two rollers increases, and when reducing gaskets, the gap between the two rollers decreases, resulting in a smaller discharge particle size. 3. The driving mechanism is composed of two electric motors, which are transmitted to the pulley through a V-belt to drag the rollers and rotate them in opposite directions. When crushing materials, the materials are crushed through rollers from the feeding port, and the crushed products are discharged from under the chassis.

The roller crusher has a simple, compact, lightweight, and reliable structure. The crushed material has a small particle size, but the degree of over crushing is small, and it can handle viscous materials. Its characteristic is that the smooth roller crusher is prone to producing large pieces of material, with a relatively small crushing ratio (crushing ratio of 8-20, while the toothed roller crusher has a smaller crushing ratio of only 2-6), and the output is also relatively small. The teeth of the toothed roller are prone to wear and breakage, and are not suitable for crushing hard materials; Moreover, materials that are prone to sticking in the gaps between teeth should not be broken into sticky materials with high moisture content.
When the roller crusher crushes soft and wet materials, or when a finer particle size is required, a faster speed can be used and the two rollers can rotate at a differential speed. When crushing hard dry materials without requiring excessively fine particles, a lower rotational speed can be used, otherwise there will be more dust and fine materials.
