The dehydrator can perform separate centrifugal drying without heating, but the motor cannot be turned off for separate heating and drying. 5. Regular inspection, maintenance, and addition of high-quality lubricating grease to the bearings should be carried out to maintain the good performance of the dehydrator.

Usage: 1. Before starting up, check the connection of the power supply and whether the fixed position of the rotary drum is correct. Connect the power supply, open the cover, turn on the motor switch, and let the rotary drum run freely. The direction of rotation should be the same as the arrow inside the housing. Turn on the electric heating wire switch, and after a few minutes, hot air can be discharged. If the electric heating wire has been working for 5 minutes but still has no hot air discharged, stop the machine and check whether the electric heating wire exhaust port is blocked. 2. Drying work should be done with the lid down, and the loading and unloading of workpieces should be stopped. Attention should be paid to evenly distributing the workpieces in the drum, otherwise the centrifugal force will be unbalanced and the dehydrator will shake violently.
