Instructions for the noodle machine
(1) Operators should wear labor protection equipment, tighten their sleeves and hem, be clean and tidy without any rope ends, and tie their hair inside their work hats. (2) Each shift must designate a dedicated person familiar with the equipment performance to use it. (3) Before driving, check if all electrical components are well insulated and if the motor grounding is reliable. It is strictly prohibited to press the switch button with wet hands. Please have an electrician handle any issues. (4) According to the machine's regulations, dry flour should be added for one kneading, and overloading transportation is not allowed. (5) Regularly refuel according to machine maintenance requirements. (6) When meeting, the box cover should be securely closed. Do not put your hands or other hard objects into the bucket to avoid dangerous accidents. (7) When taking noodles, the power must be turned off. After the power is turned off and the machine is twisted and mixed, the shell should be tilted before taking it again. If it cannot be taken completely at once, it should be cut off with a knife before going to the car. It is not allowed for one person to take noodles and another person to take the car. (8) Do not touch the rotating parts during operation. If abnormal noises, looseness, debris, vibration, etc. are found, the vehicle should be stopped for inspection and maintenance.

3、 Cleaning and maintenance: 1. Regularly check the fasteners of each component during use, and tighten them promptly if they are loose; 2. The gear meshing area of this machine is lubricated with grease, and oil is added every half month. There are powder metallurgy bearings in the bearing seat, and the oil cup on the bearing seat must be filled twice per shift. Otherwise, the consequences of the shaft and bearings sticking together will be borne by oneself; 3. The amount of flour added during dough mixing should not exceed the capacity of the dough bucket to avoid damaging the motor; If oil stains are found on the dough, they should be promptly inspected and the oil seal replaced. 5. The machine should be cleaned promptly after use to avoid affecting its reuse; 6. When cleaning, the height of water added to the face bucket should not exceed the low point of the shaft to prevent water from overflowing from the shaft hole of the face bucket side plate or flowing into the interlayer of the side plate, which may affect the service life; 7. This machine is an anti drip device, and cleaning with a water spray pipe is prohibited.
