Friction characteristics and application scope of grid support

The friction pair of the sliding support of the support device is made of polytetrafluoroethylene plate and mirror non embroidered steel material. Compared with the support of steel friction pair, steel PTFE plate friction pair, and rolling friction pair, this makes the grid support have the following characteristics:

1. Low friction coefficient: μ ≤ 0.1;

2. Good self lubrication: No oil or lubricant is needed between the friction pairs, reducing maintenance workload;

3. Strong adaptability: Suitable for working in various environmental conditions, with stable and reliable performance;

4. Wear resistance: Under normal circumstances, the service life is over 15 years.

Thermal insulation and cold insulation supports use insulation and cold insulation layers, effectively solving the problems of heat loss and cold loss in pipelines, thereby ensuring the safe operation of the hot and cold media in pipelines.

Scope of application:

1. Bearings are divided into three categories based on pipeline layout: horizontal pipe type, vertical pipe type, and bent pipe type;

Technical parameters of grid support

1. The vertical bearing capacity of the support is divided into 300 KN、500KN、1000KN、1500KN、2000KN、2500KN、3000KN、4000KN、5000KN、6000KN、7000KN、8000KN、9000KN、10000KN Fourteen levels;

2. The horizontal resistance of the support is 20% of the vertical bearing capacity;

Vertical tensile strength of the support:

The vertical tensile strength of GKQZ and GJQZ types is 20% of the vertical bearing capacity;

The vertical tensile strength of GKGZ and GJGZ types is 30% of the vertical bearing capacity;

3. The radial displacement of the support is ± 20mm - ± 50mm, and the circumferential displacement is ± 60mm - ± 100mm;

4. The sliding friction coefficient of the support is μ ≤ 0.03 (-25 ℃ -+60 ℃);

5. Friction coefficient of support rotation μ=0.05-0.1 (GKQZ type, GJQZ type) μ ≤ 0.03 (GKGZ type, GJGZ type)

Precautions to be taken when selecting grid supports:

1. When selecting bearings, attention should be paid to the size of the bearing capacity, vertical tension, horizontal force, displacement and rotation angle. For shock absorber bearings, attention should also be paid to the horizontal elastic stiffness.

2. When selecting bearings, attention should be paid to the type of bearings, namely bidirectional movable type, unidirectional movable type, and fixed type.

3. The constraint direction of the shock absorber support is given displacement and stiffness for the purpose of engineering shock absorption.
