The lumpy ore falls into the upper crushing cavity from the feed hopper and is thrown towards the inner wall of the drum by the centrifugal force of the discharge disk. It collides violently with the impact plate mounted on the inner wall, while the ore pieces collide with each other, causing them to break or develop numerous hairline cracks. Subsequently, the ore enters the conical rotor cavity and spirals downward in the conical space, further破碎 due to the pressing and squeezing, as the pre-existing cracks in the ore are widened. The slanting angle between the conical rotor and the liner promotes the downward migration of smaller particles, achieving automatic sizing and crushing from large to small. Inside the conical rotor cavity, the ore is struck by hammers, and the high-speed moving lumps collide with the impact plate and with each other, leading to blows, impacts, shearing, and squeezing, thereby粉碎ing the ore and enhancing the crushing efficiency.
