Operating Principle

Material is vertically dropped into the high-speed rotating impeller from the top of the machine, where it is subjected to high-speed centrifugal force. It then collides and crushes with another portion of material flowing around the impeller in an umbrella-like pattern at high speed. After mutual collisions, the material forms eddies between the impeller and the housing, repeatedly colliding and frictionally crushing. It is discharged directly from the bottom, forming a closed-loop multiple cycle. The finished product particle size is controlled by a screening device.
