According to statistics, in China's urban and rural construction, 200 million tons of construction waste are generated annually from the demolition of old buildings, and an additional 1-1.2 billion tons from the construction of 20 billion square meters of new areas each year. The amount of construction waste has already accounted for a high proportion of 40% in the total urban waste. The treatment of construction waste is urgent, and it is gradually becoming a new hot market. To serve the urban construction waste disposal, based on the research and development of mobile construction waste crushing and processing equipment, we introduce fixed construction waste crushing and processing equipment. Our aim is to facilitate quick and efficient crushing of construction waste through integrated unit systems. After sorting, the construction waste is processed through specific de-ironing equipment to remove ferrous materials, followed by coarse, medium, and even fine crushing processes. The processed materials are then turned into granular recycled aggregates, suitable for applications such as roadbed materials, non-fired bricks, and cement admixtures. In compliance with the production and processing requirements for construction waste raw materials, you can choose either stationary or mobile crushing lines for processing, and optionally use sand-making equipment for further processing. The finished products have a wider range of applications. Iron-removing screening: After crushing, materials are separated by an iron-removing unit, with steel and ferrous metals removed. Sand and stone materials are processed into different specifications of finished sand and stone through vibration screens. A small amount of material that doesn't meet fineness requirements is returned to the crusher for reprocessing. Wood and light materials are sorted and cleaned through sorting machines. The entire production line forms a closed-loop cycle, ensuring the grade requirements of the finished material.

Front Stage
Pre-treatment: The raw construction waste materials are first pre-treated, which includes (optional) using a hydraulic hammer to reduce oversized pieces, cutting off excessively long rebar to prevent damage to the conveyor belt, sorting out large debris, etc.
StageTwo
Crushed using jaw crushers, impact crushers, etc., the raw materials are crushed. Field engineering applications have proven that this process can crush construction waste and separate steel bars from it.
