The stone material is initially crushed by a coarse crusher, then the coarse material produced is conveyed to a fine crusher by a belt conveyor for further crushing. The finely crushed stone is separated into two types of gravel using a vibrating screen. The gravel meeting the feed particle size for the sand making machine is processed into sand, while the remaining material returns for further crushing. Part of the gravel processed into the sand making machine is made into sand, which can be washed by a sand washing machine (optional) to become finished sand. The other part is reprocessed in the sand making machine.
