The multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher, with its unique crushing chamber designed based on the inter-particle lamination principle and matched rotational speed, replaces the traditional single particle crushing principle. This significantly enhances the equipment's rated power and throughput capacity, achieving selective crushing of materials with uniform particle size.
Operation reliable, with minimal failures
The bi-directional iron release hydraulic cylinder allows the iron pieces to pass through the crushing chamber smoothly, and in cases of iron jamming or immediate stoppage of the machine, it can hydraulically lift and automatically discharge, eliminating the need for shutdown and maintenance required for spring cone crushers.
Simple operation, versatile application
All parts can be disassembled, maintained from the top or side, without removing the machine frame or bolts. The crushing cavity can be easily changed from standard extra-large cavity to short-head ultra-fine cavity as needed, accommodating a wide range of product particle size requirements.
Rare oil lubrication, long lifespan
The破碎chamber utilizes high-performance contactless labyrinth seals, enhancing the reliability of dust blockage and reducing iron contamination and equipment wear cycles. Additionally, the machine is equipped with a rare oil lubrication system, significantly extending the lifespan of the equipment.
Working Principle
The crushing process of the multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher is completed between the fixed cone liner and the eccentrically moving movable cone liner. The motor drives the horizontal shaft of the crusher through a V-belt and pulley, which in turn rotates the eccentric sleeve via gears. The eccentric sleeve drives the main shaft to make the movable cone section rotate, thus creating a periodic relative motion between the eccentrically swinging movable cone liner and the fixed cone liner. This continuously compresses and bends the material to be crushed within the crushing chamber. The material to be crushed enters the crusher through the upper feed opening and is discharged through the lower discharge opening after crushing.
