Section 3: Vertical Dryer Quality Features: Powdered coal is typically molded into shape using a molding machine, with a moisture content of 12-14%. After drying, the moisture content is reduced to 2-4%, meeting strength and storage and transportation requirements. The molded "water balls" are transported to the furnace top by a belt conveyor and uniformly distributed across the entire cross-section by the fabricating device. The shaped coal moves slowly downward along its track, relying on gravity, while undergoing heat exchange with strong winds. The moisture evaporated from the shaped coal is then carried away randomly by the strong winds. After approximately two hours of evaporation, the shaped coal achieves complete drying. Economic features: Compared to the commonly used exhaust-type drying furnace, the investment is reduced by half; the land area required is 1/5 to 1/3; energy consumption and operating costs are significantly reduced. Usage features: This product has good process compatibility, is easy to connect with other equipment in the production line, and can be automated. The equipment is easy to operate and maintain. The drying furnace body has no mechanical moving parts, so daily maintenance is not required. Continuous operation with high output.
