Lignite Drying Machine Technology Traditional drying methods generally use centrifugal mechanical dewatering, which is expensive, has low production capacity, and limited dehydration extent, usually only reducing moisture by about 10% in a single pass. There still remains 15-20% moisture content. The H-type rotary lignite drying machine employs a new technology that first crushes and disperses the lignite before thermal drying, achieving continuous, industrial, and automated material drying treatment. After the lignite sludge drying process, the moisture content of wet lignite can be reduced from 25%-30% to below 13%, making it suitable as fuel coal. This improves the coal washing process with significant economic, social, and environmental benefits. Rotary anthracite drying machine, utilizing a low-temperature four-stage drying process to evaporate the moisture of anthracite to below 13% without altering the quality of the dried coal. The first drying zone, under high humidity, removes most of the moisture at 400°C, ensuring the chemical composition of the anthracite remains unchanged and is non-combustible; the second drying zone, at room temperature of 300°C, uses medium-temperature strong induction air for high-efficiency water removal to prevent carbonization of the anthracite; the third drying zone, with an indoor temperature of 120°C-210°C, uses the crushing device inside the drum for repeated impact and material dispersion, followed by downstream drying; the fourth drying zone is a high exhaust zone, with an indoor temperature of 60°C-80°C, where a low-temperature heat gas flow at negative pressure from the induction system is used to expel moisture.
