The equipment primarily consists of a heat source, feeding machine, feeding conveyor, rotating drum, discharge conveyor, material crushing unit, induced draft fan, unloading device, and electrical control cabinet; after dehydration, the wet material is added to the dryer, where it is evenly distributed by the scraper blades inside the drum, allowing the material to uniformly disperse and come into full contact with hot air, thereby accelerating heat and mass transfer. During the drying process, under the action of inclined scraper blades and the hot gas, the material is discharged as finished product through the star-shaped discharge valve at the other end of the dryer.

Cattle manure contains 14.5% organic matter, 0.30-0.45% nitrogen, 0.15-0.25% phosphorus, and 0.10-0.15% potassium, making it a valuable resource for soil fertilization in agriculture. The organic matter and nutrient content of cattle manure are lower than those of other livestock, with a fine texture, high moisture content, slow decomposition, and low heat generation, classifying it as a slow-release fertilizer. Cattle manure has significantly lower nutrient content than chicken or pig manure (lower nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium levels), and as a cold organic fertilizer, it decomposes slower than chicken or pig manure, resulting in a much slower fertilization effect.

Pig manure contains 15% organic matter and a moderate total nutrient content, with nitrogen ranging from 0.5% to 0.6%, phosphorus from 0.45% to 0.5%, and potassium from 0.35% to 0.45%. The texture of pig manure is fine and its composition is complex, including proteins, fats, organic acids, cellulose, hemicellulose, and inorganic salts. It is rich in nitrogen but has a smaller carbon-to-nitrogen ratio (14:1), making it generally easy to decompose by microorganisms, releasing nutrients that can be absorbed and utilized by crops.
Chicken Manure Organic Fertilizer Composition Analysis
Chicken manure is rich in nutrients, with the following composition: 89.8% dry matter, 28.8% crude protein, 12.7% crude fiber, 14.4% digestible protein, 28.8% non-nitrogen extract, 2.6% phosphorus, and 8.7% calcium. It also contains 0.23% histidine, 0.11% methionine, 0.87% leucine, 0.53% lysine, and 0.46% phenylalanine. Properly processed, it can be an excellent green organic fertilizer or chicken manure feed. As a farm fertilizer, chicken manure has higher fertilizer efficiency than pig or cow manure. Each ton of sticky chicken manure contains 11.35 kg of nitrogen, 10.44 kg of phosphorus (P2O5), and 5.45 kg of potassium (K2O) in plant nutrients. Due to its high organic content, chicken manure can also be used as a raw material for biogas production, harnessing energy.
