A slag remover is a boiler slag removal equipment. After coal burns in the boiler, the carbon slag is pushed into the slag pit by the grate, and then removed to the outside using a slag remover to clear the slag accumulation.

注意: When the slagging machine is in operation:

1. The slag machine should be shut down as much as possible in an unloaded state.

2. Prior to ceasing coal extraction at the working face, the coal in the chute should be pulled clean.

3. Ensure timely water supply and shutdown during operation. Avoid prolonged idling without coal. Should serious deformation, loss of sprocket at the machine head, damage to the chute, or abnormal sounds and high temperatures occur during operation, the machine should be shut down immediately for inspection and handling to prevent the accident from escalating.

4. During blasting operations, it is essential to protect the entire equipment, especially pipelines, cables, and the like.

5. Do not load large pieces of coal or rodstone into the chute. If found, it should be dealt with immediately to prevent damage to the scraper chain or a track accident with the miner.
