1. The support legs are made of 30*80*1.5mm elliptical tubes, bent into an arched shape by a bending machine.
2. The base and bracket are made by stamping and welding 2mm cold-rolled steel plate.
3. Toval is made by stamping with 3mm cold-rolled steel plate.
4. The return spring utilizes a cast steel coupling piece for self-returning action, ensuring silent operation due to its automatic return by gravity. It is guaranteed to last for more than 10 years.
5. The chair back is made from 1.5mm cold-rolled steel, processed into a mesh pattern, and then bent and welded.
All steel parts are treated with sandblasting, physical degreasing, rust removal, acid washing, phosphatizing, and electrostatic powder coating.
7. The seat panel is made of birch plywood from Northeast China, coated with imported Boten eco-friendly glue, and double-sided with fire-retardant Mianhe panels. The desk features a flip-down folding mechanism, which can be folded down when not in use to increase space and facilitate entry and exit. The seat panel is designed in a three-dimensional shape for comfort, with the small edges treated with high-grade eco-friendly paint for a transparent finish, with clear layers and a thickness of 10mm.
8. Tabletops are made of 10mm domestic multi-layer boards with double-sided fire-retardant panels.
9. The seat board is securely fastened with M6 electroplated large cap screws and anti-loosening nuts, ensuring no movement.
All parts comply with national environmental protection standards for formaldehyde content.
