The ZSM-5 series selective molecular sieve, with its unique three-dimensional cross-through pores and isomerization, selective cracking, and aromatization properties, is widely used in the petrochemical and fine chemical industries. Currently, it is primarily applied as a catalyst or additive to increase gasoline octane rating, as well as in hydrogenation/non-hydrogenation dewaxing catalysts, and in unit processes such as xylene isomerization, toluene disproportionation, and alkylation. The addition of this molecular sieve to the fluidized bed catalytic cracking catalyst improves the octane rating of gasoline and enhances the olefin content in the gas. Our company can currently produce ZSM-5 series molecular sieves with different Si/Al ratios of 25-500, and the particle size distribution of the products can be adjusted according to customer requirements. Based on the user's specifications, we can alter the Si/Al ratio, adjust the acidity of the molecular sieve, and change the isomerization ability and activity stability.
