The 3QGB insulated screw pump is a positive displacement pump with notable advantages such as a simple structure, compact size, and the ability to operate smoothly and reliably at high speeds. It features low pressure pulsation, stable flow, low noise, and high efficiency. It operates based on the screw meshing principle, where rotating screws mesh within the pump casing, encapsulating the medium being conveyed within the meshing chamber and continuously and uniformly pushing it along the screw's axial direction to the discharge outlet, providing a stable pressure for the system.
The 3QGB insulated screw pump is suitable for transporting various non-corrosive oils and similar liquids, with the viscosity of the fluid typically ranging from 3 to 760 mm/s. High-viscosity media can be transported after heating to reduce viscosity, with the temperature generally not exceeding 350°C. The 3GB insulated screw pump is made of cast steel and is available in insulated and non-insulated versions. It is recommended to use an insulated screw pump for high-viscosity media. The direction of the pump's inlet and outlet is usually as shown in the diagram, with the outlet on the right and the inlet on the left upon factory shipment. Special requests for left-in/right-out configurations can also be accommodated.
3QGB Insulated Screw Pumps are widely used in industries such as oil, chemical fiber, metallurgy, machinery, electricity, machine tools, ships, glass, and highways.
The 3QGB thermal insulation screw pump is suitable for transporting fuel oil, lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, heavy oil, asphalt, and other similar lubricating liquids.
