The QBY pneumatic diaphragm pump is a new type of conveying machinery powered by compressed air, capable of completely absorbing a wide range of corrosive liquids, liquids containing particles, high viscosity, volatile, flammable, and highly toxic liquids. It is available in five main materials: fluoro plastic, engineering plastic, aluminum alloy, cast iron, and stainless steel.
The QQBY pneumatic diaphragm pump employs nitrile rubber, chloroprene rubber, fluoro rubber, and polytetrafluoroethylene for different liquid mediums. It is safe, reliable, corrosion-resistant, durable, self-priming, non-damaging during no-load operation, available in various materials, versatile in applications, easy to install, and maintenance-free to cater to the needs of different users.
The QBY pneumatic diaphragm pump can handle both flowing liquids and some non-Newtonian media, incorporating many advantages of self-priming pumps, submersible pumps, shielded pumps, slurry pumps, and solid handling pumps.
1. This pump has no rotating parts, no shaft seal, and the pumped medium is completely isolated from the pump's moving parts and workpiece medium. The transported medium will not leak outwards. Therefore, it is safe for pumping toxic, volatile, or corrosive mediums without causing environmental pollution or harm to personal safety; no priming water is required. The suction head reaches up to 5m, the lift head reaches 70m, and the outlet pressure is ≥6bar.
2. Ample flow, excellent throughput; allows particles up to 10mm diameter to pass through. Minimal wear on the pump when handling sludge and impurities; head and flow can be infinitely adjusted through valve opening (pressure regulation between 1-7 bar); no electricity required; safe and reliable for use in flammable and explosive areas.
3. Easy to use, reliable in operation, and simple to start and stop by merely opening and closing the gas valve. The pump features a simple structure with minimal wearing parts. It is easy to install and maintain, and the medium being pumped does not come into contact with moving parts like the gas valve or connecting rods. Unlike other types of pumps, which may experience performance decline due to wear on components like rotors, pistons, gears, and blades, this pump will not be damaged even if it runs for an extended period without medium or stops suddenly. In case of overload, the pump will automatically shut down, offering self-protection. Once the load returns to normal, it will automatically restart and continue operating.
4. This pump requires no oil lubrication, even when it operates at no load, which has no effect on the pump—it's one of its unique features. It can be submerged in the medium for operation: capable of transporting thicker liquids (viscosity below 10,000 cSt).
