The YCB Arc Gear Pump is mainly composed of gears, shafts, pump bodies, pump covers, bearing sleeves, shaft end seals, etc. The gears are manufactured using a double-arc sine curve tooth shape. Compared to involute gears, its outstanding advantage is that there is no relative sliding of the tooth profiles during the gear meshing process, thus ensuring no wear on the tooth surfaces, smooth operation, no liquid hammering, low noise, long service life, and high efficiency. This pump breaks free from the constraints of traditional design, leading the gear pump into a new realm in terms of design, production, and use. The YCB Arc Gear Pump KCG is equipped with a safety valve for overload protection, with the full回流 pressure of the safety valve being 1.5 times the pump's rated discharge pressure. It can also be adjusted separately within the allowable discharge pressure range according to actual needs. However, note that this safety valve should not be used as a pressure-reducing valve for long-term operation, and an additional installation on the pipeline is required if needed. The shaft end seal design of the YCB Arc Gear Pump KCG is available in two forms: mechanical seal and gland seal, which can be determined according to the specific usage conditions and customer requirements.
Application Range: Suitable for transmission and booster pumps in oil transportation systems; for fuel delivery, pressurization, and injection in fuel systems; as hydraulic power supply pumps in hydraulic drive systems; and as lubricating oil pumps in all industrial fields.
YCB Arc Gear Pump - KCG is suitable for conveying oils or other liquids similar to lubricants that do not contain solid particles or fibers, are non-corrosive, and have temperatures not exceeding 200°C. The viscosity range is 5×10^-6 to 1.5×10^-3 m^2/s (5-1500 cSt), and it is also used in hydraulic transmission systems.
