The RCB series of full stainless steel gear pumps are suitable for transporting corrosive or non-corrosive liquids with high hygiene requirements. They can handle liquids without solid particles, with temperatures not exceeding 180 degrees Celsius and viscosities ranging from 5 to 1500 CST. Ideal for various industries such as chemical raw materials, packaged foods, detergents, dyeing, brewing, resins, and adhesives.
Features of the Full Stainless Steel Gear Pumps: The series RCB stainless steel gear pumps feature hollow sandwiched sections at the pump body's front and rear covers, with inlet and outlet flanges. These pumps are suitable for outdoor installations in areas with freezing temperatures and for processes requiring insulation at normal temperatures. They can be heated, insulated, and cooled by media such as thermal oil, steam, hot water, and cold water. When the fluid being transported exceeds 1500 CST, a reducer drive is recommended: normally, the pump is directly driven by the motor. The pump shaft end seal is designed in two types: 1. Mechanical Seal, 2. Packing Seal. The user can determine the most suitable option based on specific conditions.
Flow: 0.6-40 cubic meters/hour. Pressure: 1.0 MPA
