The main flowing parts of the CLB asphalt pump are equipped with hollow sandwich layers, which can be insulated and heated using steam, hot water, or heat-conducting oil to maintain the temperature of the transported liquid and the pump. When transporting liquids with high viscosity, a reducer, variable-speed motor, or belt pulley should be used for transmission to reduce the pump's rotational speed.
The CLB asphalt pump is a positive displacement pump, primarily used for transporting and spraying high-temperature asphalt liquids. It is suitable for asphalt spraying operations in road and square construction projects. Its significant advantages include a simple structure, compact size, stable and reliable operation, low pressure pulsation, stable flow rate, low noise, and is ideal for transporting high-temperature, thick liquids, suspension liquids of varying thickness, and media with a viscosity range of 0.02 - 15 PaS at temperatures up to ≤300°C. It is applied in various industries such as petrochemical, fiber, metallurgy, machinery, electricity, machine tools, ships, glass, and highways. The asphalt pump is suitable for transporting fuel oil, lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, asphalt, and other similar lubricating oils and lubricating liquids. It features involute straight gears and the pump body is equipped with an insulating jacket, allowing for heat preservation using steam or thermal oil circulation. Therefore, the pump can operate normally at temperatures below freezing, making it an ideal product for transporting asphalt in road construction and other industries.
