The ISG Vertical Single-Stage Pipeline Centrifugal Pump is a cleverly designed combination of domestic hydraulic models selected by the technical personnel of Yangtze River Pump Industry and domestic pump experts, incorporating the performance parameters of the IS Type Single-Stage Single-Stage Centrifugal Pump. It is based on the general vertical pump design. Additionally, based on the ISG model, it has derived suitable hot water pumps, high-temperature and corrosion-resistant chemical pumps, and oil pumps according to different usage temperatures and media. This series features energy-saving, low noise, and reliable performance, meeting the new national machinery department JB/T53058-93 standards. The products are designed and manufactured according to the international ISO2858 standard.

1. The ISG pump features a vertical structure with identical inlet and outlet diameters aligned on a single centerline. It can be installed in pipelines like a valve, offering a compact and aesthetically pleasing design, minimal land usage, and low construction costs. With a protective cover, it can be used outdoors.
2. The impeller is directly mounted on the extended shaft of the motor, featuring a short axial dimension and a compact structure. The pump and motor bearing arrangement is rational, effectively balancing the radial and axial loads generated during pump operation, thereby ensuring low vibration and noise during pump operation.
3. Axial seals are equipped with mechanical seals or a combination of mechanical seals, utilizing imported titanium alloy sealing rings, medium-duty high-temperature mechanical seals, and abrasion-resistant hard alloy materials. This wear-resistant sealing design effectively extends the service life of the mechanical seals.
4. Easy installation and maintenance; no need to disassemble the pipeline system. Simply unscrew the pump housing nut to remove all the rotor components.
5. Pumps can be operated in series or parallel configurations to meet specific flow and head requirements.

ISG vertical pipeline centrifugal pump, designed for conveying clean water and other liquids with similar physical and chemical properties to clean water. Suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-rise building water pressure boosting, garden sprinkling, fire protection pressure boosting, long-distance transportation, HVAC refrigeration cycle, bathroom, and other cold and hot water circulation pressure boosting and equipment matching. Operating temperature T < 80°C.
2. The IRG vertical hot water pump is suitable for metallurgy, chemical industry, textiles, wood processing, papermaking, and for increasing pressure, circulating, and transporting high-temperature hot water in boilers for restaurants, bathhouses, hotels, etc. It is used for urban housing heating circulation pumps with a working temperature below 120°C.

ISG Vertical Pipeline Centrifugal Pump Application Conditions
1. Suction pressure ≤ 1.0 Mpa, or system working pressure of the pump system ≤ 1.6 Mpa, i.e., pump suction pressure + pump head ≤ 1.6 Mpa; static test pressure of the pump is 2.5 Mpa. Please specify the system working pressure when placing an order. If the working pressure of the pump system exceeds 1.6 Mpa, it should be mentioned separately when ordering. This allows for the use of cast steel material for the overflow components and connections of the pump during manufacturing.
2. Environmental temperature < 40°C, relative humidity < 95%.
3. The volume content of solid particles in the medium transported does not exceed 0.1% of the unit volume, with particle size < 0.2mm.
Note: If the medium contains fine particles, please specify at the time of order to facilitate the use of wear-resistant mechanical seals.
