Section 3: ISW Horizontal Pipeline Pump Series
1. ISW Horizontal Pipeline Pump, designed for transporting clean water and other liquids with similar physical and chemical properties to clean water. It is suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-rise building water pressure boosting, garden sprinkling, fire-fighting pressure boosting, long-distance transportation, HVAC cooling and heating circulation, bathroom hot and cold water circulation boosting, and equipment matching. Operating temperature: T≤80℃.
2. Horizontal Hot Water Pumps, ISWR model, widely applicable to: metallurgy, chemical industry, textile, papermaking, and hotel and catering industry boiler hot water pressure boosting circulation, as well as urban heating systems; ALWR model with a maximum operating temperature of T≤120°C.
3. ISWH Horizontal Chemical Pump, designed for conveying liquids without solid particles and corrosive in nature, with viscosity similar to water. Suitable for industries such as petroleum, chemicals, metallurgy, electricity, papermaking, and synthetic fibers, operating temperature range is -20℃ to +120℃.
4. ISWY Horizontal Pipeline Oil Pumps, suitable for transferring gasoline, kerosene, diesel, and other oil products or flammable and explosive liquids, with a medium temperature range of -20℃ to 120℃.
5. ISWHY horizontal stainless steel chemical centrifugal pump, suitable for transferring flammable chemical liquids.
6. ISWD horizontal low-speed pump, suitable for environments with extremely low noise requirements, operating temperature T≤120℃.
4. Working Conditions 1. Suction pressure ≤ 1.0 MPa, or pump system working pressure ≤ 1.6 MPa, i.e., suction inlet pressure + pump head ≤ 1.6 MPa, static test pressure of the pump ≤ 2.5 MPa. Please specify the system working pressure at the time of order. If the pump system working pressure is greater than 1.6 MPa, it must be mentioned separately at the time of order to allow for cast steel material to be used in the overflow and connection parts of the pump during manufacturing.
2. Ambient temperature < 40°C, relative humidity < 40%.
3. The volume content of solid particles in the conveyed medium does not exceed 0.1% of the unit volume, with particle size less than 0.2mm.
Note: If using a medium with fine particles, please specify at the time of order to allow the manufacturer to use a mechanical seal.
