The 3QGB Insulated Screw Pump is a positive displacement pump with notable advantages such as a simple structure, compact size, and the ability to operate smoothly and reliably at high speeds. It features minimal pressure pulsation, stable flow, low noise, and high efficiency. This is achieved by utilizing the screw meshing principle, where rotating screws mesh within the pump casing, enclosing the medium to be conveyed within the meshing chamber and pushing it continuously and uniformly along the screw's axial direction to the discharge outlet, providing the system with stable pressure.
The 3QGB insulated screw pump is suitable for conveying various non-corrosive oils and similar liquids with a viscosity typically ranging from 30 to 760 mm/s. High-viscosity media can be transported after heating to reduce viscosity, with the temperature generally not exceeding 350°C. The 3GB insulated screw pump is made of cast steel and comes in two types: insulated and non-insulated. It is recommended to use the insulated screw pump for high-viscosity media. The pump's inlet and outlet direction is usually right-in-left-out as shown in the drawings, but can also be customized to left-in-right-out if the customer has special requirements.
The 3QGB insulated screw pump is widely used in various industries such as oil, chemical fiber, metallurgy, machinery, power, machine tools, ships, glass, and highways.
The 3QGB thermal insulation screw pump is suitable for conveying fuel oil, lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, heavy oil, asphalt, and other lubricating liquids similar to oil.
