The RCB series stainless steel gear pumps are suitable for conveying corrosive or non-corrosive liquids with high hygiene requirements. The medium transported contains no solid particles, with temperatures not exceeding 180 degrees Celsius and viscosities ranging from 5 to 1500 CST. They are used in various industries such as chemical raw materials, packaged foods, detergents, dyeing, brewing, resins, and adhesives.
Features of the all-stainless steel gear pump: The series RCB stainless steel gear pumps feature hollow interlayered pump bodies with front and rear covers, and inlet and outlet flanges. Suitable for installations in outdoor cold climates or processes requiring insulation at room temperature, this pump can be heated and insulated with media such as thermal oil, steam, hot water, and cold water for the conveyed fluid and the pump itself. When the fluid viscosity exceeds 1500 CST, a reduction gearbox drive should be used: under normal circumstances, a direct coupling between the pump and motor is recommended. The shaft end seal is designed in two forms: 1. mechanical seal, 2. packed gland seal. The user may determine the specific type according to their own situation.
Flow: 0.6-40 cubic meters/hour. Pressure: 1.0 MPA
