The 3QGB insulated screw pump is a positive displacement pump with notable advantages such as a simple structure and compact size. It allows for high-speed operation with smooth and reliable performance, low pressure pulsation, stable flow, low noise, and high efficiency. It operates based on the screw meshing principle, where rotating screws mesh within the pump casing, encapsulating the medium to be conveyed within the meshing chamber and pushing it along the screw axis at a continuous and uniform rate to the discharge outlet, providing stable pressure for the system.
The 3QGB insulated screw pump is suitable for transporting various non-corrosive oils and similar liquids, with the viscosity of the fluid typically ranging from 3 to 760 mm/s. High-viscosity media can be transported after heating to reduce viscosity, with the temperature generally not exceeding 350°C. The 3GB insulated screw pump is made of cast steel and is available in both insulated and non-insulated versions. It is recommended to use an insulated screw pump for high-viscosity media. The pump's inlet and outlet directions are usually as shown in the diagram, with the outlet on the right and the inlet on the left upon factory shipment. Special requirements from customers can also be accommodated with the inlet on the left and the outlet on the right.
3QGB insulated screw pumps are widely used in various industries such as oil, chemical fiber, metallurgy, machinery, power, machine tools, ships, glass, and highways.
The 3QGB insulated screw pump is suitable for conveying lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, heavy oil, asphalt, and other similar lubricating liquids.
