The 3QGB thermal insulation screw pump is a positive displacement pump with notable advantages including a simple structure and compact size. It allows for high-speed operation with smooth and reliable performance, minimal pressure pulsation, stable flow, low noise, and high efficiency. It operates based on the principle of screw meshing, where rotating screws intermesh within the pump casing, encapsulating the medium to be conveyed within the meshing chamber and pushing it continuously and uniformly along the screw shaft to the discharge outlet, providing the system with stable pressure.
The 3QGB insulated screw pump is suitable for conveying various non-corrosive oils and similar liquids, with the viscosity of the conveyed liquid typically ranging from 3 to 760 mm/s. High-viscosity media can be transported after being heated to reduce viscosity, with the temperature generally not exceeding 350°C. The 3GB insulated screw pump is made of cast steel and is available in both insulated and non-insulated versions. It is recommended to use an insulated screw pump for high-viscosity media. The pump's inlet and outlet directions are generally as shown in the diagram, with the outlet on the right and the inlet on the left upon factory shipment. Special requirements can also be accommodated with the inlet on the left and the outlet on the right.
3QGB insulated screw pumps are widely used in various industries such as petrochemicals, chemical fibers, metallurgy, machinery, electricity, machine tools, ships, glass, and highways.
The 3QGB insulated screw pump is suitable for transferring fuel oil, lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, heavy oil, asphalt, and other lubricating liquids similar to oil.
