The QBY pneumatic diaphragm pump is a new type of conveying equipment powered by compressed air. It can fully suction a variety of corrosive liquids, liquids with particles, high-viscosity, volatile, flammable, and highly toxic liquids. It is mainly available in five materials: fluoroplastic, engineering plastics, aluminum alloy, cast iron, and stainless steel.
The QQBY pneumatic diaphragm pump is available in various liquid mediums, utilizing nitrile rubber, chloroprene rubber, fluoroelastomer, and polytetrafluoroethylene. It is safe, reliable, corrosion-resistant, durable, self-priming, non-damaging during no-load operation, made from multiple materials, versatile in applications, easy to install, and maintenance-free to cater to different user requirements.
The QBY pneumatic diaphragm pump can handle both flowing liquids and some non-Newtonian fluids, incorporating many advantages of self-priming pumps, submersible pumps, shielded pumps, sludge pumps, and grit pumps.
The pump has no rotating parts, no shaft seal, and the pumped medium is completely isolated from the pump's moving parts and working medium. The medium being transported will not leak out. Therefore, when pumping toxic, volatile, or corrosive media, it will not cause environmental pollution or harm personal safety; it does not require priming water. The suction head is up to 5m, and the head is up to 70m. The outlet pressure is ≥ 6bar.
2. Wide flow, excellent through-performance. Allows particles up to 10mm diameter to pass through. Minimal wear on the pump when pumping sludge and impurities; lift height and flow rate can be infinitely adjusted by opening the gas valve (pressure regulation between 1-7 bar); no electricity required. Safe and reliable for use in flammable and explosive areas.
3. Easy to use, reliable in operation, simply open and close the gas valve to start and stop. The pump features a simple structure with minimal wearing parts. It is easy to install and maintain, and the medium being pumped does not come into contact with moving parts like the valve and connecting rod, unlike other pump types where wear on components like the rotor, piston, gears, and blades leads to gradual performance decline. Even if the pump operates without medium for an extended period due to an accident or suddenly stops, it will not be damaged. In case of overload, the pump will automatically shut down, offering self-protection. Once the load returns to normal, it can automatically restart and continue operation.
4. This pump does not require oil lubrication, even when running empty, which has no impact on the pump at all; this is a feature of the pump. It can be immersed in the medium for operation: capable of conveying more viscous liquids (viscosity below 10,000 centipoise).
