The YCB Arc Gear Pump is primarily composed of gears, shafts, pump bodies, pump covers, bearing sleeves, shaft end seals, and so on. The gears are manufactured using a double-arc sine curve tooth profile. Compared to involute gears, its outstanding advantage is that there is no relative sliding of the tooth profile during the gear meshing process, resulting in no wear on the gear surface, smooth operation, no liquid throw, low noise, long lifespan, and high efficiency. This pump breaks free from the constraints of traditional design, leading the gear pump into a new field in terms of design, production, and use. The YCB Arc Gear Pump KCG is equipped with a safety valve for overload protection, with the full回流 pressure of the safety valve at 1.5 times the pump's rated discharge pressure. It can also be adjusted separately within the allowable discharge pressure range as per actual needs. However, note that this safety valve should not be used as a reducing valve for long-term operation, and an additional installation on the pipeline is required if needed. The shaft end seal design of the YCB Arc Gear Pump KCG is available in two forms: mechanical seals and gland packing seals, which can be determined based on specific usage conditions and customer requirements.
Application Range: Used as transmission and boost pumps in oil transportation systems; as fuel delivery, pressurization, and injection pumps in fuel systems; as hydraulic power supply pumps in hydraulic transmission systems; and as lubrication pumps in all industrial fields.
YCB Arc Gear Pump - KCG series is suitable for conveying oils or other liquids with properties similar to lubricants that are free of solid particles and fibers, non-corrosive, with temperatures not exceeding 200°C, and viscosities ranging from 5×10-6 to 1.5×10-3 m2/s (5-1500 cSt), and is also used in hydraulic transmission systems.
