The RCB series full stainless steel gear pumps are suitable for conveying corrosive or non-corrosive liquids with high hygiene requirements. The medium transported does not contain solid particles, with temperatures not exceeding 180 degrees Celsius and viscosities ranging from 5 to 1500 CST. Ideal for various industries such as chemicals, packaged food, detergents, dyeing, brewing, resins, and adhesives.
Features of the full stainless steel gear pump: The RCB series stainless steel gear pump features hollow sandwiched sections on the pump body's front and rear covers, with inlet and outlet flanges. This pump is suitable for installation in outdoor cold regions with freezing properties at normal temperatures, as well as for processes requiring insulation. It can heat and cool the transported liquid and the pump using media such as thermal oil, steam, hot water, and cold water. When the medium viscosity exceeds 1500 CST, a reducer drive is recommended: generally, a direct coupling between the pump and motor is used. The pump shaft end seal is designed in two types: 1. mechanical seal, 2. gland seal. The user can determine the specific type according to the actual situation.
Flow: 0.6-40 cubic meters/hour. Pressure: 1.0 MPA
