The ISG Vertical Single-Stage Pipeline Centrifugal Pump, developed by the technology personnel of Yangtze River Pump Industry in collaboration with domestic pump experts, selects domestic hydraulic models and utilizes the performance parameters of the IS Single-Stage Single-Suction Centrifugal Pump. It is ingeniously designed on the basis of general vertical pumps. Additionally, based on the ISG model, it has derived suitable hot water pumps, high-temperature and corrosion-resistant chemical pumps, and oil pumps according to different operating temperatures and media. This series boasts energy-saving, low noise, and reliable performance, meeting the new national Ministry of Machinery JB/T53058-93 standards. The products are designed and manufactured in accordance with the international ISO 2858 standard.

1. The ISG pump features a vertical structure with the same inlet and outlet diameters aligned on a single centerline, allowing it to be installed in pipelines like a valve. It boasts a compact and aesthetically pleasing design, occupies minimal floor space, and requires low construction investment. With a protective cover, it can be used outdoors.
2. The impeller is directly mounted on the extended shaft of the motor, featuring a short axial dimension and a compact structure. The pump and motor bearing arrangement is rational, effectively balancing the radial and axial loads generated during pump operation, thereby ensuring low vibration and noise levels in the pump's operation.
3. The shaft seal utilizes mechanical seals or a combination of mechanical seals, featuring imported titanium alloy sealing rings, medium-duty high-temperature mechanical seals, and hard alloy materials for wear-resistant sealing, effectively extending the service life of the mechanical seal.
4. Easy installation and maintenance; no need to disassemble the pipeline system. Simply remove the pump coupling saddle nuts to remove all the rotor components.
5. Pumps can be operated in series or parallel configurations to meet specific flow and head requirements.
6. Pumps can be installed in either vertical or horizontal configurations, as required by the pipeline layout.

ISG vertical pipeline centrifugal pump, designed for conveying clean water and other liquids with similar physical and chemical properties to clean water, suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-rise building water pressure boosting, garden sprinkling, fire protection pressure boosting, long-distance transportation, HVAC refrigeration circulation, bathroom and other cold and hot water circulation pressure boosting, and equipment matching. 2. The IRG vertical hot water pump is suitable for metallurgy, chemical industry, textile, wood processing, papermaking, and for boosting and circulating hot water in boilers for restaurants, bathhouses, hotels, etc. It is used for urban housing heating circulation pumps with temperatures below 120°C.

ISG Vertical Pipeline Centrifugal Pumps Operating Conditions
1. Suction pressure ≤ 1.0 Mpa, or system working pressure ≤ 1.6 Mpa, i.e., pump suction pressure + pump head ≤ 1.6 Mpa; static test pressure of the pump is 2.5 Mpa. Please specify the system working pressure when placing an order. If the working pressure of the pump system exceeds 1.6 Mpa, it must be stated separately at the time of order. This allows for the use of cast steel material for the overflow components and connections of the pump during manufacturing.
2. Environmental temperature < 40°C, relative humidity < 95%.
3. The volume content of solid particles in the conveyed medium does not exceed 0.1% of the unit volume, with particle size <0.2mm.
Note: If using media containing fine particles, please specify at time of order to enable the use of abrasion-resistant mechanical seals.
