The RCB series of all stainless steel gear pumps are suitable for transferring corrosive or non-corrosive liquids with high hygiene requirements. They handle liquid media free of solid particles at temperatures not exceeding 180 degrees Celsius and viscosities ranging from 5 to 1500 CST. Applications include various chemical raw materials, packaged foods, detergents, dyeing, brewing, resins, and adhesives.
Features of the full stainless steel gear pump: The RCB series stainless steel gear pumps feature hollow sandwiched sections on the pump body's front and rear covers, with inlet and outlet flanges. These pumps are suitable for installation in outdoor environments with freezing temperatures and for processes requiring insulation in normal temperatures. They can heat and insulate the fluid and pump using media such as thermal oil, steam, hot water, and cold water. When the pumped medium has a viscosity greater than 1500 CST, a reduction gear should be used for transmission: normally, the pump and motor are directly coupled for transmission. The shaft end seal design includes two types: 1. Mechanical seal, 2. Packing seal. The user can determine the appropriate type based on specific conditions.
Flow: 0.6-40 cubic meters/hour. Pressure: 1.0 MPA
