What are the advantages of electro-hydraulic push rods?

  Principles and Advantages:

1. Basic Working Principle of Electric Hydraulic Push Rod: The electric hydraulic push rod is powered by an electric motor, which controls the forward or reverse rotation of the motor. This allows the hydraulic oil to be output through a bidirectional gear pump system, and then transported to the cylinder via an oil circuit module, thereby completing the reciprocating movement of the piston rod.

2. Overload Active Maintenance Feature: When the electro-hydraulic actuator is in operation, if the external force on the piston rod exceeds the additional output force or the piston has reached the end, the motor continues to rotate. As the oil pressure in the oil circuit rises to the adjusted pressure, the safety valve rapidly and accurately overflows, thereby completing the overload active maintenance. Despite the motor's rotation, it will never overheat.

3. It features infinite adjustment of thrust and pull force within an extended output range.

4. Within the additional range of motion, the travel can be infinitely adjusted according to user requirements. Based on user requirements, the company can infinitely adjust the development speed within the over-speed range.

5. Within the additional travel range, the stroke can be infinitely adjusted according to user requirements.

6. Locking Function: A pressure locking mechanism is planned within the oil circuit module of the electric hydraulic push rod, ensuring that the motor stops rolling, and the piston rod immediately remains at a specific position with the pressure oil maintaining pressure.
