The semi-automatic piston-type filling machine (fully pneumatic) is a new generation product designed and launched on the basis of the previous electrical combination models. It utilizes pneumatic components instead of electrical control circuits, making it particularly suitable for use in environments with explosion-proof requirements. The pneumatic components are sourced from Germany's FESTO and Taiwan's Airtac, and the mechanical parts are selected from Sweden's Sandwick and processed in Taiwan, with all parts having a surface roughness below 0.8. The components through which the material flows are all made of imported 316L stainless steel, meeting GMP standards. Imported components ensure its position among similar domestic machines; allowing more customers to experience the quality of the JSFA series.

Machine Features:All controlled by compressed air, this is especially suitable for environments with explosion-proof requirements, offering high safety.
The filling quantity and speed can be adjusted at will, with high filling accuracy (0.5%). Equipped with a anti-drip filling nozzle, it ensures no dripping or stringing occurs.
In case of an emergency stop, simply closing the pneumatic switch will halt the filling process.
According to actual needs, a free switch between "pulsed" and "automatic" filling modes is available.
