The fully automatic vacuum filler utilizes continuous vacuum suction to draw the product into the container, with the continuous suction generated by a vacuum pump connected to the vacuum chamber and a special filling valve.

Fully equipped, no power required. The filling valve consists of a filling sleeve containing a vacuum tube, which is used to return excess product to the vacuum chamber, effectively preventing overflow. The filling amount is determined by the depth the filling head extends into the container, thus, the liquid level will remain consistent regardless of the bottle's volume. Ideal for filling products such as nail polish.

The machine features two synchronized filling heads, enabling rapid filling of materials.
