It is suitable for both single-machine production and is an ideal choice for continuous production lines. It can be easily upgraded to a fully automatic capping machine (ASP), offering options like lift, inclined plate, and oscillating cap placement systems, which can be selected according to specific needs.

 Our core shaft capping machine is suitable for caps of various sizes from 0mm to 120mm, overcoming the drawback of traditional capping machines that require a separate cap head for each type of cap. This machine features innovative design, electronic torque control, and is easy to operate and adjust, with a production speed up to 150 bottles per minute. It is ideal for both single-machine production and continuous production lines. When using the semi-automatic JSP machine, the operator simply places the cap on the bottle mouth, and as the bottle moves forward, the cap is automatically tightened by three sets of cap搓轮. You can also add a drop cap system to upgrade the JSP to a fully automatic capping machine ASP. We offer lift-type, inclined plate-type, and oscillating-type drop cap systems, which can be selected according to your specific needs.
