Cautionary Notes:

1. This equipment uses PP material for its overflow medium, which boasts excellent corrosion and wear resistance. However, due to the equipment's continuous operation under air and water contact conditions year-round, it is still required that the inflowing medium be as free from or contain minimal hard solids to extend the equipment's lifespan.
2. It is recommended to install a 5-10 mesh pipe filter on the inlet pipe of the circulating pump for the jet aeration system to prevent large particles from blocking the jet aerator.
3. When the circulating pump is installed above the liquid level, consider the impact of water hammer on the jet aeration unit. In this case, it is advisable to install a water hammer breaker or a check valve that reduces the water hammer effect.
4. Jet aeration nozzles typically require no maintenance under normal operation. However, excessive hardness in the wastewater can lead to scaling inside the equipment, which may affect product performance. Therefore, during major maintenance, inspect the scaling condition of the equipment, ensuring the nozzle scaling does not exceed 2mm in thickness. Acid cleaning can be used for descaling, but scraping or grinding is prohibited.
