GB/T27922-2011 After-Sales Service Certification

In this era of product homogenization, technological convergence, and fierce competition, after-sales service has become a strategic decision for organizations and a decisive factor in the survival of the enterprise. After-sales service certification is a national, industry-wide service certification approved by our country.

The service certification is valid for three years, requiring an annual review. After three years, a new certificate is needed. Based on the supervisory audit results, the registration of the certification can be maintained, suspended, or revoked.

If the annual audit or certificate renewal is not completed by the due date, the certificate will be suspended, facing expiration and invalidation, and will be unable to be used normally.
