The primary function of the data collection device:
1. Real-time collection of production data from the production line, or the quantity of defective products, or the type of production line failures (such as downtime, material shortages, quality issues), and transmission to the database system.
2. Receive information from the database: such as production schedule information, material information, etc.
3. Provide information on the names and quantities of defective products at the transmission inspection station.
4. Connect the testing instruments to achieve their digitalization. The data acquisition instrument automatically retrieves measurement data from the measuring equipment, records, analyzes, and calculates it, forming various types of graphs.
