Process Description:

 

Ø Waste gasUnder the action of the RTO fan, the waste gas first passes through a spray tower and an electrostatic oil-removing device for pretreatment, then undergoes primary filtration before being sent into the internal oxidation reaction of the RTO unit. The treated exhaust gas is then released into the atmosphere through a chimney. The air volume supplied by the RTO fan is automatically adjusted by a variable-frequency drive to match the exhaust gas volume according to the air volume supplied by the front-end pipeline.

Ø Emergency exhaust pipeline is set up in the RTO system. In case of a failure in the RTO system where it cannot continue operation, temporary emergency exhaust of the waste gas is required to avoid affecting the workshop production. The front-end waste gas fan must be capable of delivering the waste gas to the chimney for discharge.

Ø Electrical control cabinet providedThe RTO system provides matched power supply, monitoring, and control of the system's normal operation; the owner must connect the power supply to the electrical cabinet.

Ø The compressed air provided by the owner in the compressed air system passes through a storage tank and a three-way valve, removing water, oil, and dust from the gas, providing clean air for pneumatic actuators and burners; the owner must provideRTO equipment with reserved interfaces within a 1-meter range.

Ø Natural gas is the fuel used in burners. The natural gas pipeline can meet the high consumption needs of the burners. The gas must be connected to the burner valve group interface by the owner. The burner valve group is equipped with a gas leak detection device to ensure safe operation.
