Process Description:

 

Ø Waste gasUnder the action of the RTO fan, the air first passes through a spray tower and an electrostatic degreasing unit for pretreatment, then through a primary filter, and is sent into the internal oxidation reaction of the RTO unit. After treatment, the exhaust gas is emitted high into the air through a chimney; the air volume supplied by the RTO fan is automatically adjusted to match the exhaust gas volume based on the air volume supplied by the front-end pipeline through a variable-frequency inverter.

Ø Emergency exhaust piping is set up in the RTO system. In the event of a system failure, where the RTO system is unable to continue operation, temporary emergency exhaust of the waste gas is necessary to avoid disrupting the workshop production. The front-end waste gas fan must be capable of directing the waste gas into the chimney for discharge.

Ø Electrical control cabinet providedThe RTO system provides matched power supply, monitors, and controls the normal operation of the system; the owner must connect the power supply to the electrical cabinet.

Ø Owner-supplied compressed air in the compressed air system is processed through a storage tank and a three-way valve to remove water, oil, and dust from the gas, providing clean gas for pneumatic actuators and burners; the owner must provideRTO equipment with pre-installed interfaces within 1m range.

Ø Natural gas is the fuel for burners, and the gas pipeline can meet the high consumption needs of burners. The natural gas must be connected to the burner valve group interface by the owner. The burner valve group is equipped with a gas leak detection device, ensuring safe operation.

Storage chamber1 Organic waste gases are drawn into the heat storage chamber by the induced draft fan.1Ceramic Heat Storage Units"Heat stored from the previous cycle (at a high temperature state) is released by the ceramic heat storage unit, causing a drop in temperature, while the organic waste gas absorbs the heat, leading to an increase in temperature as the waste gas passes through the heat storage chamber."1After heat exchange, it enters the oxidation chamber at a higher temperature.

Oxygen Chemical Room: Ceramic heat storage chamber1Heated organic waste gas enters the oxidation chamber at a high temperature for reaction, causing the organic matter to oxidize and decompose into harmless substances.CO2AndH2O, if the exhaust gas temperature does not reach the oxidation temperature, the burner will directly heat compensate to the oxidation temperature; since the exhaust gas is already in the heat storage chamber,1Preheat, entering the oxidation chamber only requires slight heating to reach the oxidation temperature (if the exhaust gas concentration is high enough, heating with natural gas during oxidation may not be necessary; the heat released by the oxidation decomposition of organic matter can sustain the self-ignition), and the high-temperature gas after oxidation passes through a ceramic heat storage unit.2Discharge.
