Process Description:

 

Ø Waste gasesUnder the operation of the RTO fan, the air first passes through the spray tower and electrostatic deoiling equipment for pretreatment, then through primary filtration before being sent into the internal oxidation reaction of the RTO unit. The treated exhaust gas is emitted high into the atmosphere through the chimney. The air volume from the front pipeline is automatically adjusted by the variable frequency drive, ensuring that the air volume supplied by the RTO fan matches the exhaust gas volume.

Ø Emergency exhaust ducts are set up in the RTO system. In case of a failure in the RTO system, where it cannot continue to operate, temporary emergency exhaust of the waste gas is required to avoid disrupting the workshop production. The front-end exhaust fan must be capable of directing the waste gas into the chimney for排放.

Ø Electrical control cabinet suppliedThe RTO system supplies matched power and monitors and controls the normal operation of the system; the owner must connect the power supply to the electrical cabinet.

Ø The owner's compressed air provided in the compressed air system is purified through the action of the air storage tank and three-way valve, removing water, oil, and dust from the gas to supply clean air to pneumatic actuators and burners; the owner must provideRTO equipment with reserved interfaces within 1-meter range.

Ø Natural gas is the fuel for burners, and the gas pipeline can meet the high consumption needs of burners. The natural gas must be connected to the burner valve group interface by the owner. The burner valve group is equipped with a gas leak detection device to ensure safe operation.
